Position Overview:
The Floor Host plays a pivotal role in delivering hospitality-focused service to our customers. You will be responsible for providing information, assistance, and direction while interfacing with all office services. Your primary goal will be to connect guests with the resources they need, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide real-time support for meetings, ensuring room requirements are met and connecting with meeting organizers and guests.
- Conduct floor tours regularly, maintaining the optimal appearance and condition of the space.
- Anticipate customer needs and provide creative solutions, advocating for our hoteling culture and mobile way of working.
- Monitor meeting rooms for scheduling accuracy and optimize room usage.
- Ensure the work area is prepared for operation and maintain the space's cleanliness and functionality.
- Provide in-meeting support and reset rooms for subsequent meetings.
- Manage equipment inventory, ensuring proper storage and security.
- Capture and report customer interactions accurately.
- Adhere to company and client policies, including safety regulations.
Position Requirements:
- 2-3 years' experience in the service industry, preferably fine dining restaurant, hotel, or event planning.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audio/visual equipment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
